I went there on last Thursday for lunch. The 8 dollars for a two piece fish dinner. Horrible !! The grease needed to be changed and the fries were burnt to a crisp. And hush puppies weren’t cook. ??? Really ? I have to say I will never eat Long John’s Silver again. Worst stomach ever. The grease had a horrible smell. Unbelievable

First time at a long John silvers. Ordered our food and they forgot about us. It took 30-40 mins to get it. We didn’t think anything of it because the cashier said it was gonna be a minute to cook the chicken. Meanwhile my toddler is screaming for milk which we find out when we finally got our food that they have been out of milk for a month. The food was mediocre at best. Tables were sticky. Toilets filled as if they were porta potties. You would think they would try to comp our food or accommodate in some way. Instead some girl says I’m sorry I didn’t know.. I’m just mind blown this establishment is still up and running. What’s keeping the lights on? I know I would never return again.

I stop years ago going to Long John Silver because the food to greasy, I went today got fish & shrimp meal,Baby!!!! I started to turn around and give it back,I bought 2 meals,I squeeze the fish with 3 napkins so greasy, Never No More Long John Silver, K.F.C. where you get those BABY chick’s from?? I’VE NEVER SEEN FRIED CHICKEN THAT SMALL,PLEASE LET THE BABY CHICKS GROW UP SOME I LOVE K.F.C. COLESLAW, POT PIES, ORIGINAL CHICKEN IF THEY BIGGER, I DON’T WANT YOU TO INJECT THEM BUT DAM,LET THEM GROW UP!!!

Took undercooked shrimp to counter and explained it to the cook. He answer was the batter looked cooked. I took the breading of and showed him it wasn’t cooked all the way. He goes and get the manager who has been playing on cell phone my entire time in the restaurant and she comes to the counter with an attitude. She puts a glove on and holds her hand out. She doesn’t speak, just holds her hand out for the shrimp b and walks away mumbling something. I sit back at the table and finish eating my chicken and the cook brings some fresh shrimp back out. The shrimp is still undercooked! I didn’t ask for my money back or say anything else. I thru it away and will never return. Customer service is so important and the manager knows nothing about that!!

My wife and I just drove all the way from Miami to Stuart to visit our family that lives here we stoped by long John silvers/ kfc to pick up dinner before retiring to our hotel room to go to sleep. I ordered us an L5 and L6 combo from long john silvers and a 3 price chicken meal from kfc since its all together under one roof when we got back to the hotel and opened up the food we were very upset the hush puppies were hard as a rock like they were over cooked and left out all day long they were hard as a rock same thing with the shrimp too they were both horrible. The long johns food was literally unedable! The kfc food was all fresh and was perfect. But we are extremely upset about the 2 long johns meals totaling over 16 dollars that turned out to be a complete waste of money. We tried to call the store phone number but no one would awnser the phone there. Some thing should be done to make this right. Long johns is one our family’s favorite restaurants but this is unexceptable. My ticket number is #1637 time of purchase 5:53pm on April 19th 2022

My dad loved this place.. our experience was good. We ate in and the fish and chicken were very good. Mom loves mashed potatoes & gravy! And we both ate for under $15. P.S. bring your own straw 😉
