Did not rate the food as we have not been able to get any from here. We have tried twice in the past few months to eat here. The first time, they were drive thru only and had limited menu due to staffing. This past Sunday we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no response from anyone inside. We drove to the window and waited for another few minutes before being barked at rudely by a lady from inside that she would be with us when she could and shut the window on us. We will drive to the one on Whitehorse Rd. before coming back to this one. Tired of poor service and rude staff.

Went on a Sunday. Fryers didn’t work for the long john side which is why I drove to pickens and then they were out of most of the stuff I would consider eating on the chicken side. But the guy working was super friendly and great.

I’ve been to many different resteraunts especially KFC and this one is the far worst. She literally advised they were closing this was at 815p. They closed at 10p I asked for dark meat and literally got that with yesterday mac n cheese. KFC closed down if your service is awful. The two orders were 3 pieces and only received 2.

Went in with my wife to to get a 12 pc extra crispy, the girl working register informed us they didn’t have enough chicken. After we looked at her like she was stupid, someone else posted a sign on the door claiming they closed at 8pm due to staffing shortage, this was just before 8pm , within 10 minutes. Why couldn’t the lazy crew cook my chicken instead of losing business to Bojangles?

Sadly this will be our last trip to this location. It has been hit or miss for quite sometime, but tonight was absolutely the worse we have ever had by a mile. On our 2 piece fish and fries, the fish at the bottom of the small boxes they put it in was soooo greasy, that we literally had to get a fork out of the glove box to pick it up off the paper bottom of the box, which of course came without crust because it was incredibly soggy. Tried sopping it up with napkins, only to just give up. Just was too greasy and not edible. Never ever had fish like this before, I don’t even know how they got it in the box, as there way no way to pick it up to get it out! Fries…which I wish they would switch as the just aren’t the best on a good day…always taste like fish. No tarter sauce, as they are out. Total waste of 18.73 That was the last chance, may visit other locations, but not here anymore, tired of wasting my money hoping it will change. Needs serious cooking help.
