Went there today, had drive thru only, waited about 5 minutes for someone to take order, then drove back around building and got in line again to wait again when it was our turn. Got the $6.00 shrimp basket. Shrimp was good, fries were very old and as busy as they were, should not have been.

Store was very dirty. No ice in the machine. Cooks cursing. Didn’t call out ticket numbers or handed numbers so when food was delivered they were going in circles asking who had the fish when probably everyone had the fish. Over all the food was good so thanks for that.

My last long johns experience – IN CLOVIS – was unacceptable. The fish was smaller than the chicken usually is and the chicken was literally the size of french fries. I love Long Johns so I decided to give it one more chance with this store in Rio rancho. Thank goodness I did! The front end staff was friendly and accommodating. The fish was normal sized. The chicken was normal sized. The hush puppies were awesome! I actually tipped at a fast food place. Thank you!

Very bad service , ordered a number 2 & 3 number 10’s & they gave me 2 out of 4 orders & said that was all I ordered until they double checked & then I get handed a root beer instead of a Dr Pepper. It would be nice if the employees at least acted like they enjoy having a job.

Jonathan Madrid is very rude, they gave the wrong change and when told he came and yelled HERE as he thrust what they owed me into my hand. At first he refused to give me his name until I told him I was not moving out of the drive through. The order was missing sides. We ordered the #5 and #7.

They changed the fries and they were mushy. 2 dinners ordered and they were the same dinners. On dinner had 1 fish, 1 chicken. The other had 2 chicken and 1 fish. One had reg shrimp even though they told us they didn’t have it. The other was coconut shrimp (we agreed to try that since regular shrimp wasn’t available). One dinner had hushpuppies but the other did not. No green beans available. Corn was super salty. And .. thr bathroom was nasty dirty. Will NOT be returning.

The fish and shrimp plater came out while we were walking away from the order counter.The fish and shrimp was barely warm and appeared to be refried. It was crisp, over cooked and dry. My daughter and I noticed there was less fish between the fried batter. One of my hush puppies was normal, but the second was small and had a nasty taste. I spit the bite out and put the rest in a napkin to toss away. I was disappointed how the food was served. Maybe we came on an off day?
