Incredibly long wait, bought burgers next door before fish was ready at drive through. Grease tasted burnt on fish and fries, the help was friendly, but didn’t speed things up or make the food good.

We drove to this Long John Silver’s in Neosho Missouri from Bentonville Arkansas because we were treated so rudely a few weeks ago at our Siloam Springs one. I have to say we will be coming back to this one in Neosho. They were so polite. So friendly, especially Nate, the man that waited on us. He went above and beyond to make us feel good about eating there. We will NEVER go back to the Siloam Springs one. Kudos to Nate!!!!!

It’s been a LONG time since I’ve stopped at a Long John Silvers but the food was excellent and the service at this location was stellar! My grandparents used to take me to LJS all the time before they passed. Brought back a lot of good memories. Stop by here before we end up with no more LJS
