Some LJS have super soggy fish that has been sitting around forever. Not this one. Fish was great. Fries were crisp and hot. Burger wasn’t very good. Chilled glass mugs for drinks is a nice touch.

Okay for one, if they accidentally mess your order up or a simple misunderstanding happens. Their nasty day manager lady will willfully go off on you like it’s your fault she’s having a bad day. I get it we all have them but treating me completely disgusting and disrespectful was completely uncalled for. Paid almost $30 for my meal with 2 drinks just to get treated like this over a side order of fries ? Really ? Food was good when I finally got it home. Her attitude and the way she was towards me completely made the whole experience HORRIBE for me. SHE MESSED this one up, I work for a food reviews company. The way she was will get out to the rest of the community. Completely uncalled for and Sorry Long John Silver’s but this lady lost you guys alot of future business.

The staff is super nice! The food is good too. The new Grilled Salmon is great. It was slightly over cooked but really well seasoned! So why 3* since I speak so highly? The dining room is disgusting. We sat in a booth near the condiments. I looked between the window and the seat and see years worth of rubbish; trash, seasoning shakers, utensils, old rotten food, etc. If this was cleaned, it would have been 5*. I’m just worried that if the dining room is that nasty, what does the kitchen look like?

They closed the one back in my hometown. So when I moved South and found out they had a A&W LJS I was like omg for real. Is it 5 star Michelin rated? No. Is it decently priced but good food? Yes. Is it amazing seafood without being Red Lobster overpriced? Yes
