We went inside bc we had been in the car all day. The lobby was small, but had plenty of available tables. We went there for A&W bc we don’t have it in our area anymore. After being there long enough to decide what we both wanted, and I changed my mind 3 times, someone had finally came to greet us. She was friendly and smiling. When we tried to order a burger, we were informed that they weren’t currently serving them. I was already sitting by the time food was being ordered, and after a few more minutes, another person brought the food to the table. She was also very friendly and smiling. Our drinks were brought to us a minute or so later, and we were given some extra fries. We’re not sure if that was due to the lack of burgers or for the time it took to order & receive our food. The food was good, the service was great when they finally got to us. I am very aware of how hard it is to work in customer service, it’s not easy. The only thing that I really was unhappy about was the wait & lack of burgers.

They was sooo. Chicken was sooooo hard the could hardly eat it It was the worst Long John experience I have ever had the coleslaw taste sour Dam very disappointed I worked in food service for many years there is no way in the world i would I would service something like that to a customer I call the manager to let her know she was sooo rude

Ugh. Fish tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a few weeks. Bland cocktail sauce. It was just an OK fast food experience but then a guy from the back brought out minicupcakes and awkwardly offered one to each of my group. They don’t sell those there… Super odd. Will not go back.

Don’t expect to get a senior discount because they don’t know how to do it. I spent $13.00. And I got $.26 cents discount I argued with her but she said that is what the register rung up I told her she was ignorant and left but I told her I was going to turn her into the company.

Ordered fish meal plus 2 extra fish. Was in drive thru. Got on highway and went to eat and fish is way old and over cooked. So turned around and went back to get it remaid. Got there the front counter lady was nice and I had them remake from fresh. No big deal right? No,the fish was over cooked and half as thick as it is supposed to be. It tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in years. I ate one piece and was down the highway a couple miles and had to pull over and throw up. The fish the are cooking is bad. More than likely stored poorly. Will never be back

Long John Silver’s in general just isn’t as good anymore. This visit, the place was quiet. We were the only customers to visit the dining room the entire time we were there, except one couple who came in and got their order to go.
