As a kid my parents would bring us to Long John silvers so many good memories. Today the family decided to venture out to vestal to the Long John Silver’s here. We got here around 11:50 staff is friendly food service was quick. Oh and the best part is the food they did a fantastic job the food was delicious and this was rated by 5 adults. I definitely recommend coming here if your looking for a delicious meal

Manager and order taker at counter would not allow corporate website coupons based on non participation by them after we drove two hours to get food there based on coupon prices. Also I HATED having a employee wear a mask under her chin and clean the trash behind me, sweep under my table, and mop the floor along side me ALL WHILE I WAS EATING AND HAD NO MASK ON!! FIRE THESE PEOPLE PLEASE!! Bunch of inconsiderate azzholes!

tell me how this place refused to give me a refund because they forgot half of my stuff and also the food tasted horrible. i called the store and they told me to show up with the food to get a refund. i did just that and the man told me that just by looking at the food he could tell it was fine and that he would give me the stuff i was missing and refused a refund. shocked and never coming back and telling everyone i can.
