We were greeted and welcomed upon arrival and ordered our food. The food was hot, fresh, and didn’t have to wait too long. LJS is my favorite fast food for fish and shrimp. Love their coleslaw and hush puppies too.

I wish the company would invest in the building. It looks like everything in here was here since it’s inception. The smoke detector is hanging by a thread and when you look around, a renovation is needed. I would come back only because the service was very genuine and friendly. I’m sure these concerns have been raised before by the employees. I believe they are doing the best they can do. My one thing I would like changed is the fish and chicken was very salty. The hush puppies were actually perfect. The fries were regular. The sauces were good. Don’t have too much tarter sauce because of the HFCS ingredient.

I understand that a lot of fast food places are short staffed, so the wait isn’t a problem. My problem is the fact that a few times now my food has been over cooked. I’ll be making the trip to the location in Ft. Worth. My food from there was hot fresh and cooked to perfection. In the picture, the rest my lobster bites and fries were so over cooked I didn’t want to finish.

This is one of the old stores. Very clean very courteous staff. Food was very good came out quickly and they brought it to our table. Also was impressed that they had hired an amputee, you don’t see many businesses doing that nowadays. If you’re in the area you should stop by businesses like this as support the handicapped Community deserve the extra patronage.
