I am from Kansas and here for 2 weeks and drove by this place 3 nights straight and couldn’t believe how many people eat here. Back home ours have closed down over the years and I miss it. Tonight I decided to wait in the long line and ordered my meal. I get back to my room take a couple bites and love the taste then I realize they forgot some of my order… I had Fish and Chicken and they were both delicious. Would be a 5 star had they not forgot part of my meal.

The place has just recently been remodeled so it looks nice and clean. The line wasn’t bad and the wait time either when we went. The cashier was friendly! Staff seemed happy to be working there. Food was good too!

I ordered three different combos and when I got home, I was shorted two pieces of fish and coleslaw. Tried to call them several times to let them know and never once did they pick up the phone. What food we got was actually really good. Sadly we live an hour away so I couldn’t go back and get what they shorted us. Their response below about reaching out to them. I did that after I saw the comment. That also was not responded to. I think the comment is just to make others believe they cared about what I said.

What a disappointment. Went through the drive thru and ordered two fish combos. Order taker changed three times from male to female to male. They couldn’t repeat back the order correctly. After telling them 3 times they finally understood. Business was light with only two cars in front, we waited 30 plus minutes before getting to the window. After paying for the order we waited an additional 5 minutes to get our order which was setting at the window with our drinks. The female employee finally handed out the order without the drinks and I had to let her know that the combos we had came with drinks. She looked puzzled. She finally handed the drinks to us.

Good food and quick service. They really need to install some hedges on the side of the restaurant that borders Cache Road. When traffic starts up, it is difficult for the servers to hear orders.

Used my short lunch and waited forever in line to try this location. Food was good but the lady at the window was gate keeping the Tarter Sauce. When she handed me the sack I politely asked for lots of tarter sauce to which she rudely responded everything is in the bag. I checked and had 2 sauces so I waited at the window to ask for sauce again to which she rudely repeats sauce is in the bag while someone in the back screams it as well so I responded yes, there’s two which is why I asked for more. If it’s that big of a deal charge extra for sauce but don’t make it difficult. When I’m paying $15 for one meal as it is. Again the food was great but the service could be improved!!!
