Trash! I went through the drive through and ordered the fish and shrimp platter. The fish and shrimp were hard and greasy. They looked like they were reheated from the night before. I tried to call them to tell them but of course they did not answer. This was a waste of my hard earned money. This restaurant needs to do better. People come to the drive through for the convenience of getting food that is edible. I feel like my money was stolen because who is going to drive back to the restaurant to take bad food bad.

I miss the old warf decor in the lobby including the treasure chest and the bell by the door. Fried clams were missing from the menu, too. Also, the shrimp used to be butterflies and substantially larger.

I went through the drive-through and checked my food. They gave us the smallest piece of chicken, fish, and shrimp I’ve ever seen from LJS and fewer fries than the kid’s meal at McDonald’s. I went inside, and one of the workers was very rude, and nobody else acknowledged me: horrible portions and even worse customer service.

poor service at night on the week day it was hair in my food I live in north omaha so the few times I do dine there this is what I got the saff is rude never have grilled up and running just unprofessional all around this location needs new saff and management period…….

They got my husband’s order wrong, I asked for extra shrimp cocktail sauce to go with my popcorn shrimp and I got none at all. I was supposed to be able to pick my side for the $6 popcorn shrimp meal and they just gave me fries which I can not eat. I wanted two extra hush puppies and they said all they had was a 6 piece, so I had to pay for that many, and the food was extra greasy. You could also hear the other employees cussing, joking around laughing, and being loud to the point where the kid in the window couldn’t hear me. Very unprofessional and this is not the first time we have gone to this location and had our order messed up and the employees being rude. Plus the store is completely run down on the outside and the inside. Could use a major renovation.
