Fast service and good quality food. Love LJS. I secretly stop here and have lunch sometimes but just don’t tell the wife because it’s so bad for you! But man it is amazing. I do hope they never go out of business.

My fiance’s chicken planks were so overcooked that they were tough on the inside. I got the grilled shrimp bowl and a side of coleslaw. It’s a great thing because I had to dump the coleslaw of the rice just to choke it down. The food was warm but not hot. They were not busy, and there were plenty of people working. The employees frying the food (approx 3-4) were cussing, and they were not quiet about it. However, one bright spot was that I learned what all the employees planned on doing when they left the ***** place. I do not recommend taking a chance on this restaurant unless you like overcooked, tough, dry, barely warm food to spend your hard earned money on.

Clean restaurant and friendly service. The food is always made fresh. Crispy fries, nice crunchy crust on the juicy chicken tenders and tasty coleslaw. The best. I always visit this this LJS when I’m in Elkhart. Good job!

The food is usually good here, but the wait is long, often 15 minutes. The customer service, however, is usually absolutely amazing. Every time I go I have a nice interaction.

The lady at the counter was very rude and loud to me, also to the other employees she was with. The food was so greasy and hard to eat without feeling like a diabetic. Every time I come in here the place is never cleaned and behind the counters are extremely dirty from food. I’m honestly surprised that there aren’t any mice in there.

We were worried that our order was going to get messed up by the way they were discussing previous orders but in the end we dined in and everything turned out fine. Food was good and so was the service.

We had probably one of the best fast food experiences that we’ve had anywhere, in a while. The restaurant itself was very clean and organized, the staff was super friendly, and the food was quick, hot, and fresh. They even waited to cook the meal, we needed to go, until we were finishing up our dine in order, so it would be hot and fresh for our son, when we picked him up. Absolutely no complaints! Great service!
