I continue to receive below average service from this facility. Is there a shortage or very high cost for you to give cocktail sauce? There is literally maybe a teaspoon of sauce in the soufflé cups. I have not received it so many times, that I called the Dasher to please ask for more. When she asked for it, the associate was rude to her and said I already put some in the bag. Then gave 2 more cups that were less than a teaspoon of sauce.

Haven’t been to a Long John Silvers since I was a kid, it still lives up to how I remember. Candy delivered excellent service, she even brought my food to my table as soon as it was ready. Do I feel a little nauseous after eating eight hush puppies? Yeah, but that’s part of the charm! Those hush puppies are still just as great as they were in my memory!

Usually I’m pretty patient with fast food workers because I understand it is not an easy job, but the service I received here was atrocious. We walk in and the whole place had layers of dust and dirt on every surface, which was not a welcoming sight. The workers here said nothing to us even as we stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes. This would be understandable if they were busy, we however were the only people in the joint. A woman behind the counter just stood there ignoring us the whole time while the others stood in the back, doing seemingly nothing. I can’t judge the food, simply because we didn’t receive any. Terrible experience from a beloved restaurant. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Was a little worried, due to 4-5 months ago. My order was not good, and the manager was not very responsive. However, I gave them another opportunity. Service was excellent, food hot and good. I used the drive thru, so unable to rank the atmosphere fairly.

Haven’t had LJS in a few years and it was as good as I remembered. Even had the cheese cake factory cheesecake. Staff were all very friendly.

I just went through the drive-thru and didn’t receive all of my food. I guess my bad for not checking, but you’re bad for not being accurate. I haven’t been to Long John’s in a long time because of these types of issues, but I decided to try again. Welp…here we are. I guess I will not be going back for a long time….if ever.

I have to say long john silvers isn’t the same like back in the 90s and 2000s … the hush puppies was oversized and greasy they didn’t even taste good like long time ago… also the chinken wasn’t cooked all the way I gotten sick at my stomach . The person who took the order was nice but this place is not to much customer service friendly at all … over priced meals small portions of food … i would never return. Zero stars

Not fond of the food quality i paid for more food and they shorted me and the fries and fish were incredibly soggy and i had to leave the area because i was on a timed lunch break and didnt have a chance to go back to get it fixed. Its just aggravating because the cashier repeated back to me what i ordered
