Music was very loud so you couldnt carry on a conversation and on top of that the workers were all talking extremely loudly and using very bad language while we were trying to eat. Used the “F” word quite a few times. Not very good for digestion. Didnt ring the bell when we left which we usually do. Might try to find another location next time.

Ordered 2 extra pieces of fish in the drive through. As I received my order the 2 pieces were not included. So I went up to the front door to get my 2 pieces I paid for and the doors were locked. The lead lady waved me to go around the drive through once again as she did not talk to me about my issue. So I went around and waited as there was a long line of people now. As I got to the window she told me the store was closing. As patient as I was waiting in line 2 times this furiated me because at the end I never got my 2 pieces of extra fish u paid for, all I got was an attitude from the lady with busted teeth that they were closing. Just shows how lazy people can be. 1 star for bad service to the manager with the busted teeth.

The music made my dine in so great! me and another guest was trying to name the old school songs and artist who sung them…the food was hot and freshly made, the atmosphere was on point and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. This place is definitely worth returning to…thanks guys

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. I was able to order quickly and it was accurate. We got our food fast and it was hot! We sat in to eat and were the only 2 in the restaurant. Atmosphere was good. Employees were kind.

This place is never crowded and that’s good because it’s a pretty small dining area. The deep fryer should’ve been drained and filtered because the breading was too dark and tasted overcooked. The staff was great though.

Horrible customer service the young lady at the window took our order get to the we ordered 1 as a combo asked for pepsi 1 as combo starry and a number 6 with a large black berry iced tea get to the window and only get 2 drinks I said excuse me we only got 2 pops you didn’t get combos she snapped me up yelling really rude explain i asked for 3 drinks if you have to charge fine when talking to the manager she’s still mouthing you not getting a free pop I tried to explain I would have paid for the pop but after her behavior I will never come back 3 people in the car we all got the fact we each wanted a pop no matter the cost at least ask she was rude not sure if it was because I’m black or she just nasty told me I’ve been in customer service for 17 years well you need to be retrained…. or fired

this long john siver is right in the heart of Cheviot. it’s busy on friday. i have to tell y’all it is the cleanest restaurant i’ve ever been in. the emloyees are friendly and even with the small wait it was amazing. the wait was because they were making the food right as iit’s ordered. definately a must. don’t forget to ring the bell by the exit door. i love doing that.

My wife and I had a delightful supper here for New Year’s Eve. Rhonda at the cashier station was fast and efficient and kept everything right on target, the restaurant was the cleanest I’ve seen at a Long John Silvers. The men’s and women’s bathrooms were spotless and the food was piping hot and delicious and delivered to our table. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I went through the drive thru and they forgot part of my order good thing. I was stopping in the parking lot and I looked at my order. I went back in and the manager made it right without a problem so I’m satisfied. Just wish I didn’t have to get out the car.
