We went through the drive through and ordered 2 number 8 meals. Instead of fries on the one meal we got rice even though we had to tell them twice that we wanted fries. The other meal had 3 pieces of chicken instead of the 8 pieces of shrimp that it was supposed to have. The food was so salty and the fries were soggy. They had no tartar sauce and they didn’t even offer us ketchup or cocktail sauce. We had to drive up to the front and wait a while for them to bring it out to us. Not a good experience .

I recently moved to this location and I have visited this restuarant many times because I love seafood. Everytime I leave I am disappointed. If you ever decide to visit this specific Long John Silver’s expect to always be pulled up no matter how busy they may be, to be left out on things from your order, and to be given very little sauce no matter how much you ask for. Today I visited for the last time just so test it so I could leave this review. I asked for specifically 4 tarter sauce packets, 2 ketchup packets, and 1 bbq sauce all the while having a 27$ order. After being pulled forward, and waiting 23 minutes, I only recieved 1 tarter sauce packet, 2 ketchup packets, and no bbq sauce. They also failed to give me 1 of my 2 drinks, and there was only 1 other car there besides myself!

The chicken was dry and didn’t seem like they just made it even though they claimed to. It’s not bad as long as they know when to throw it out after so much time. They really could use some help that would want to serve you as they would want to be served.

The two young kids that were working there definitely weren’t working for the best interest of their employer. Trying to shut down the place even refusing some customers tables 2 hours before closing. Tea was already put up and also shrimp and tartar sauce. Looks like to me they were just anxious to get out of there at 9.
