Don’t really know what happened but there was an argument between 2 cars in the drive thru and it escalated to shouting across the parking lot. The workers handled it well although all of them left the front to take care of it and left the registers.

Customer service was top notch. Greeted with a warm smile by the entire staff. Food was hot and fresh. They even waited to make by to go order until I was ready to leave the dining room. Would soooo recommend LJS Alexandria to anyone looking for great service and food.

I can only give 1 star for there being people there but they can’t even give you all your order. You shouldn’t have to check your order when you only order 1 thing. Then they won’t answer the phone. This is ridiculous.

This is the second time I went to long John in Alexandia ky , I stopped there on the way home from work, I ordered 2 peace fish and cold slaw and a extra peace of fish witch was 2.79 , my mistake was I didn’t check my order before I left, I got home and didn’t get the extra peace of fish , witch is now 5.78 , I tried calling 3 times no answer, they was not busy when I stopped, this is very poor business they should of check the order before releasing it
