Me being a manager at another long john silvers I know that they aren’t doing there jobs correctly. I have actually came there multiple times within the past 3 months as i have been local in the area and to see how the customer service was is absolutely pitiful. It wasn’t really the crew but I could tell who the manager was and you could tell that the girl running the register was new she was kind of struggling and nobody was there to help her or train her properly I seen the time she was having so I gave her a good tip because I felt sorry for that poor girl. I had a niece that worked here probably over a year ago and she has even told me that if they done one thing wrong they asked to go sit down or go wash the dishes.. that’s not the way we do things at my restraunt. DEFINITELY NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

The food was good and a decent portion! My only problem was they had me pull around and wait on the side, even though there was no one behind me in the line. It was served hot/ taste decent ,and aside from pulling around I have no other complains. I was honestly iffy about dining here due to the reviews but overall had a decent experience.

The General manager including the other store managers are absolutely rude to the new employees that are training and only want the new people that are training to wash dishes this is why they can’t learn anything. And then they expect them to know what they are doing.

I had not eaten LJS in many years so wanted to try it again. There was nothing priced comparably to other restaurants. I figured at least the chicken planks would be cheaper. I got the two piece fish meal and was so greasy I had to sop it up with a napkin to make it palatable. I know this is typical because I remember as a kid eating more chicken than fish at LJS because the fish upset my stomach. I see no reason to go back. Captain D’s has a broader menu and the fish doesn’t bother my stomach.
