The family and I have visited this location quite a bit over the past 13 years. We’ve had long, philosophical talks sitting inside, short bursts thru the drive-thru, and even picnicked in the parking lot. This particular visit was great — the two young ladies behind the counter were super friendly and helpful (they even let my husband purchase a container of crunchities for me!). The fish sandwich was something I hadn’t seen on the menu before, but that fish sandwich with those fresh pickles and tartar sauce was amazing! The sad point is simply that the place is getting a little worn down, needs a little TLC, but that won’t stop us from visiting. 🙂

They absolutely never put all of the food in the bag, do not give you the condiments you ask for, do not give you a fork, and the fries are just floppy grease sponges. Someone help these people. Added is a $12 shrimp dinner meal. Pathetic.

This place was so clean, if there was no room in the dining area, I would have eaten in the men’s room, it was that clean. I came around 3 and the place was immaculate. But what topped it all off was the customer service. I’ll drive from Martinsville to Danville any time to eat at this location. The manager and her crew that evening rocked.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The females have very long nails and don’t wear gloves. Very nasty. One of the women wears lots of jewelry and no gloves and she is a “manager.” I do not recommend eating here. It’s not clean either.

I went in the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece family meal. I told them the two sauces that I wanted and they repeated it back to me. I was told to drive around front to wait for my food and they would bring it out to me. While I was waiting what became a 15 minute wait, I noticed them giving a homeless man a drink at the door, a worker was walking around the parking lot talking on her cell phone, two workers left for the evening and another worker was just standing around by the front door. Apparently, the dining room was closed to the public. When I got my food home, the fish tasted like it was fried in grease two times, there were absolutely no hush puppies when I was supposed to get 8, the green beans didn’t have much taste since they didn’t have onions in them like they used to and I got two sauces, but not the two that I asked for. I guess they took it upon themselves to give me what they wanted to. I’m glad that I had a coupon because I definitely wouldn’t have paid $38.99 for that.
