I’ve been stopping at this Williamson location for years! A couple of the former managers still keep in touch with me. This long John has always been completely awesome. Great food! I love Long John’s fried fish and their hush puppies, shrimp, and everything else. I’ve had the whole menu, and I don’t think there’s anything I don’t like. There aren’t too many places where I can say I’ve never had at least one bad experience. Here, I can say I’ve never had even one bad experience, truthfully! They are awesome people and treat you with respect. When you enter, they always say welcome to Long John’s or sometimes even call you by name! At the drive-thru, you get a warm greeting. They truly care about their customers.

. was extremely good today, not greasy like usual. Staff was friendly. We did find a hair in our order of crumbs. There was a male cook that had long hair. The girl at check told him he had to put his hair up because someone had found a hair in their food. She gave us a fresh order and apologized. The manager came out and asked if everything was ok.

17 minutes and counting as i write this in the drive through at 11:30am for simply a shrimp and fish meal. Pretty sure thats not up to corporate standards. I think they left the store to go catch the fish fresh. Idk

The dining area is now open !! So I thought I’d have a fish and chips dinner. The girls up front were great help. It has been like 6-9 months since I’ve had a dinner. It was great and hopefully the dining area won’t have to close again !!

All fast food restaurants are over priced. With that said it was the best ljs we have had in 10+ years. Perfectly cooked and huge portions. Unable to eat it all. 5 stars

Ok at least it was hot…wait time was a bit Long and our dinners were wrong…..now serving canned corn..omg nasty… everything from a can or box ..we won’t go back again poor quality dinners with regular ole canned vegetables warmed up

I haven’t eaten LJS in 8 years because of the sodium and oil. I tried it on a whim today and the first couple of bites were good, but then the overwhelming salt and oil taste took over. Service is slow, but it always had been, so no change there. I was a bit unhappy to see the change cup in the elevator tray looked as if it had been being used for weeks, if not months. With COVID 19 this needs to be changed after every customer or switch from a disposable drink cup to a cup that can be sanitized after every transaction. This thing has had to have a thousand hands on it, if not more.

I came through the drive thru, and ordered a number 6 and a number 7. Supposed to be 3 piece chicken and one fish and two chicken. This is not what I got. I got a two piece chicken and a three piece chicken but no fish. Missing a chicken and a fish. I called the store and the manager got extremely rude with me so I just hung up. She was very argumentative and insisting she was right.. then I tried to eat and the chicken was the toughest chicken I’ve ever ate.. I want a full refund and the manager to be fired. This is ridiculous and I will never go back to this location again. Completely unacceptable.
