What kind of place is only open 3.5 hours a day? Three truck stops in the area and I gotta say, we get tired of eating the same fast food all the time. Want to be open for lunch? That’s cool, but not much business. But then re-open between 5 and 9pm as that’s when most drivers are getting shut down for the day. And a hot meal, not fast food, would be a warm welcome. I mean, the place has “long haul” in the name. If the goal is to cater to drivers, then the times need to match.
