Plain and simple, poor management. Our server was awesome and tried to ensure we were well taken care of, though she was well over seated. Our issue was that my Father’s steak was supposed to be medium rare but came to the table still VERY RARE. Still purple and mooing. Sent it back to get cooked a little more and it came back less than 5 minutes later, the steak was seared more but the inside was no better than before. Half of my steak was cooked correctly (medium rare) where as the other half was still VERY RARE. Not wanting to complain I ate what I could manage. Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt I figured that the grill might have a cold spot. Decided to inform the manager, while making sure she understood I was not looking for a refund. She said she would check on it though I doubt she was at all concerned by her reaction. The manager then came back with the bill (nothing was compt which is fine) and asked if we wanted to pay and proceeded to give my Father attitude because he didn’t hear her. With a $100 bill for three people plus tip, we expected better food. As I stated earlier, our Waitress was great but I feel sad that she has to work with poor management and cook staff.

I’ve been to this location a few times and have never been fully impressed. The second time they gave me a burger missing a large chunk out of it (2-3 bites?). When I asked them to redo it they shaped a piece and stuffed it in there after cooking it, I wouldn’t call that great service but whatever, it tasted fine. The most recent excursion I got some chicken sidewinder thing, just avoid this as it’s not good, at all, and it’s small while being just as expensive as their much larger burgers. The waiter/waitress has always been fine otherwise.

Three out of five meals were incorrect. The steak my wife ordered came well done and she requested medium. They forgot the grilled onions. My order was missing the cheese and bacon on my fries and my burger was clearly a frozen Patty warmed up on the grill. My portion of fries was the same that my kids received on the kids menu. One of my boys ordered his burger with cheese and it came without cheese. Our waiter was absent. It seemed like the waiters and waitresses spent most of their time hanging out in the back room. There was a one to one ratio between staff and customers and honestly it blew my mind because the service was non existent. Looking around the restaurant I saw other frustrated customers. In addition, I saw a waitress wipe her nose with her hand. The kids burger plate was the same plate that I got off the adult menu. Buyer beware. This restaurant needs some serious help. Save the cash and hit up a McDonald’s.

Despite scheduling AND confirming a reservation in the private dining room, our party arrived to find the room double booked. Unfortunately, this was not even the first time that this has happened. The food is not, and has never been good. It’s mediocre and extremely overpriced. We go for the atmosphere. We’ve about lost patience with this circus.

Monday about noon, place is empty, we were seated right away but waters and drinks came about 10 minutes later. I ordered a chicken Caesar Salad- grilled chicken was cold and completely rubbery – I have had wayyyyyyyyyy better salads at Wendy’s. The waitress completely slow not great service at all. the place has about 10-12 groups of people, pretty empty for a monday at noon/1. My salad sat in the window for 5-8 minutes before receiving it at our table. The waitress had only checked on us one time during the whole meal. Definitely never coming back, not to be all dramatic- but really, horrible customer experience. overall. This was our 1st visit to this location. Sucks our 1st customer service and customer experience was a zero.

Sat at the bar, 5 min later the only bar tender asked if we had been helped. Nope. We order 2 simple drinks, 10 min later he decided to pour a beer and make the gin and tonic. He was too busy flirting with the staff to do his job. No sense of hustle in that one. Hoping the regular wait staff will be better if we go back, not sitting at the bar again!

We ordered a meal for pickup totaling over $27. While everything was at least edible, and tasted decent, it was definitely not worth the money or the time spent ordering/picking up. We ordered a chicken strip meal, and ended up with only 2 pieces of chicken, the ordered cup of chili was only about two bites worth, and a baked potato came with no condiments.u In the past, it’s been a decent place to sit down to eat. but we’re so disappointed with ourr pickup meal that I doubt we’ll be back anytime soon. If you’re thinking about it, DO NOT order a to-go/pickup order from Lone Star Steakhouse in Brighton. You’ll only be disappointed. I’ve traveled a lot for work, and ordered countless meals for pickup. This is by far the poorest experience I’ve had.

Try as they do, but always missing the mark. Low paid employees/bartender. Poor quality manager. Can’t get rolls out ahead of your entree, counting tips in front of customers, poor service then eating near you at breaktime. Just too much. No salad fork.. I mean come on.. this is all you do all day? Asks you right away for a new beer but totally forgot to serve or even ask if you would like water. Have to say it.. but im done giving chances here. You expect a nice experience when paying 30.00 for a meal. A man holding a sign at a street corner may be a better choice than these children who dont (still) dont understand service or serventhood.

Easily the worst experience in a steakhouse in our 30 years of dating and marriage. Atmosphere: sucked! Friday night out and Dateline with no sound as entertainment. Staff: sucked! No one at the door. Waitress ( never introduced herself) acted like she couldn’t wait to get away from our table yet spent minutes with what appeared to be friends or family. Food: sucked!!!! Ordered the Ribeye steak and a full rack of ribs. The steak was severely undercooked and sent back. Even after getting it right the steak was tough and not well seasoned. The ribs were fair but had a wierd flavor, almost like they were smoked with fish. Price: sucked! We could have had a couple nights out at a fun place like Applebee’s or B-dubs. This was a horrible night out and any time someone asks where we should eat my first response will be “NOT Lonestar!!!”. One star is not low enough.

Never again. The steak we so fatty and under cooked it was inedible. The country friend steak was so gross I only took 3 bites. They did remove the steak from the check when we complained, but we won’t go back to this establishment.
