The owner drove me all the way to Elko when I had one of my tire’s sidewalls ripped open a on my motorcycle. Interesting fellow too. Please take a break on this monotonous road and have a soda or a sandwich. People who live in these remote areas are far more interesting and friendly than city slickers tend to think.

Chill friendly little bar/ cafe. Young blond that served us was very friendly. We stopped in for coffee and a shot on our way to Tuscarora. Awesome ghost town!!. Will definitely go back.

Lone Mountain station was a welcome lunch after a day of visiting in Tuscarora. We had the steak sandwich with grilled onions and it was very tasty. The lady who waited on us was very friendly and kept our water glasses full while she made our sandwich. Nice Breezy atmosphere and we saw a couple of real cowboys with spurs on their boots!

So I stopped in for a meal this past Sunday…in the mood for a burger and onion rings! I was in luck! The burger was a flippon’ HUGE!! In all honesty, one heck on a thick patty of meat. Nice touch too by grilling the bun! THE BESY PART OF THE MEAL? The cook and I talked for a while about where I needed to go to get my deer tag filled. He told me I should head back to Tuscarora to hunt. Within two hours I had my tag filled! So, THANK YOU for helping a city boy out!!!!!!
