I read the reviews and with being in a hurry to get to the airport, decided to give it a try. I am sooooo glad I did. Some of the best street tacos I’ve ever had and I know a good taco! Authentic, fast and cheap! Sat at the picnic table out front in the beautiful Colorado sun eating some darn good tacos… can’t get much better than that for a taco lover Five Tacos rating!

Not quite sure what all the rave is about but finding decent Mexican food is hard in Boulder so I decided to come here due to their 4.9 star rating. The torta was mediocre at best, missing half the toppings that were listed on the menu with a wimpy piece of lettuce, few slices of roma tomatoes and 3 jalapeños served with a side of 7 tortilla chips and cost $10. The al pastor had good flavor but overall the truck was overpriced and underwhelming. I’ve had better tortas in Chicago for $5.

Great flavor, not too expensive, and very friendly people. Skip the big chains and give this place a try. The food was prepared fast, and was ready to eat right there on the spot. Boulder unfortunately has a history of restricting food trucks in the downtown area, but I’m glad they let this place set up shop. Muy auténtico and muy good! I wanted to go back the next day and get the exact same thing again, it was that tasty. Try the green sauce while you’re there, it’s great!

This is BY FAR the best food truck in the Boulder area. The food is authentic and there are so many delicious different options. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, ect, you can’t go wrong! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is great. All who work there are very nice and make sure you have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend trying Lonchera Los Paisas, you will not regret it!
