Looks wonderful driving into the parking lot only to discover the “resort” is actually closed and only a bar is available to the public. No pets or children allowed. No exceptions. Beer was not very cold; told they have to use a backup cooler. Food is prepared in an outside kitchen that looks more like a something you would walk up to at a ballpark. Makes sense because the food mainly consists of nachos, hot dogs, and burgers. Food is served in a plastic treys with plastic utensils. Bar manager was rude and unhelpful. Owner was intoxicated and didn’t seem concerned about anything but the ball game on the television. Maybe the mixed drinks are good. We didn’t have an opportunity to find out. Service was slow and we decided not to order a second round.

Really beautiful facility consisting of two main buildings, as far as I could tell. What a beautiful place for wedding receptions or other large parties. The smaller building on the right is open for lunch and dinner. We were there for lunch. Interesting lunch menu. Very good food and beautiful views of the river.

We had a wonderful time here at loggerheads today for a family gathering, the food was really delicious and we were able to share just about everything, it was all good! Watching boats race by on the river and fish jumping… Our waitress Laura kept up with every little thing, I’m sure we will go again!

good food and a good atmosphere the Duck tenders are probably the best thing on the menu. solid restaurant/bar to go to and it’s on the water can get pretty busy at times so you may have to wait on your food and can get pricey.

This was a really cool place. We actually pulled up on a boat, and we were able to dock right there and walk in. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend this place.

We went by boat. Sat on dockside. Fried greenbeans were awesome. We had the onion rings, and they were great. The sweet tea was perfect. We will return by boat or truck. Family and friends atmosphere. It was our first time to be there. It was at noon. Nice place. It appeared to be a resort.
