The food was very good. Servers were friendly and quick. Both my husband and I tried dishes we’d not previously tried at a Logan’s. Hubby wasn’t as impressed with the chicken fried steak – he loves their steaks tho. My grilled chicken was very moist and seasoned well. Grilled mushrooms were great!

I got the new Chili Lime Salmon and it was absolutely scrumptious! I’m so full I can barely breathe!! My waiter was excellent, coming around often and making sure all was well. And he had a wonderful smile!! Also, the manager came around twice while I was here, making sure everything was good.

There were 4 of us and we were not pleased with the service or the food. Our waitress was really sweet but trying to do several jobs at once. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food. Potato soup was barely heated, tomatoes were not anywhere near ripe and I had to pick them out of my salad, rice was cold, ordered a side order of broccoli that was not even warm. Will not go back.

My family and I arrived to this restaurant around 6:15pm on Friday. Outside was a board advertising one of their specialty meals…prime rib. So we went in and had a reasonable wait for a table. Ordered their special only to be told 15 minutes later that they were out of prime rib. Really? Weekend just beginning. So place another order on the specialty menu. After we had been there over 45 minutes our waitress comes to us and tell us they were out of part of that order. So we asked for the ticket for our drinks so we could leave . When we received our ticket there was a charge for the food (that we did not receive) I had to get up and go get her to correct it. Finally we got a bill for our drinks which we paid. No apology from the manager. We left and will never return to this poorly managed restaurant.

Let me just say we loved Logan’s until today! Sometimes we would eat there a couple times a week. Usually when we go to Logan’s the food and service are great, but yesterday our waitress was great, but the drinks and food were a different story. The steak and vegetables were awful they had no flavor at all and the shrimp was flavorless and overcooked. I could have eaten a can of soup and been happier… Where is the Manager named Carlos he was great we never had these kind of problems…

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Logan’s restaurant tonight. It took over an hour to get our food, my steak was not done, and the manager told us that he didn’t care if we left a Google review. Not to mention they messed up multiple orders. We had a party of 14 and got there before 9:00. The restaurant had very few people in it when we got there and another large party came in after we did. It’s understandable that there would be a delay, but the manager’s attitude really turned us off. I will definitely NEVER go back to this restaurant.

Seated for nearly 10 minutes before we saw a waitress. Along with my steak and sweet potato, I ordered a veggie skewer without mushrooms. She said that those are premade. I said normally they just swap out the mushrooms for squash. She just shrugged. She brought a roll for each of us when she took the drink order. A few minutes later a young couple was seated behind us. The male complained about one roll and she replied that she would bring him a tray of rolls when the next batch came out. She did and he seemed pleased. I asked her for another hot roll with the food. So, 45 minutes later when the food comes out, she brings out 2 more rolls. No butter. My steak looks pretty good and the middle was nice and pink. But it was So tough i could barely cut it. The skewer had 2 obvious gaps where someone had picked out the mushrooms. But there were clearly pieces clinging to the skewer. Plus it’s cold.The waitress disappeared for about 15 minutes every time she left the dining area. So really not much chance to ask for anything. Usually at Logan’s, they ask you to check on the steak when they drop off the food. She didn’t. Just set it ii front of us and took off. Clearly, this location is not the same as the Bossier City location that we enjoy so much.
