Been at the Logan’s Roadhouse tonight. I’ve had a wonderful filet, tender and tasty. I’ve had a nice, kind, attentive server. Sounds close to perfect, doesn’t it? You wonder why I give them a bad rating, nonetheless? I was just done with my dinner when my server cleaned the floor next to me with her broom and then used the same broom she just used on the floor to clean the tables. And then she used a wet cloth and dispensed the dirt she previously picked up from the floor over the table. Disgusting! Your mileage may vary, though. Have fun, enjoy your meals, and keep your fingers off the table or sit down and eat from the floor directly.

HORRIBLE experience!!! We dined there on 1/30/2016 and they managed to get every single item WRONG from appetizer to entree and CHARGED US TWICE!! I asked for no croutons on my salad and it had croutons. We ordered chicken tenders and wings with no sauce for an appetizer and they brought out potato skins and wings with sauce. The replacement appetizer just had the wings with the sauce wiped off. My husband ordered a medium rib-eye steak and it was rare. The replacement steak was 60% fat! I ordered the roadhouse burger with no bun, extra lettuce, and sauce on the side. My replacement burger was a plain patty with lettuce and sauce on the side instead of the roadhouse burger (with onions, bacon, mushrooms, and cheese). They eventually brought these items out in separate dishes but it was pointless to eat as a lettuce wrapped burger. Not once did the manager stop by to apologize for the service or offer to take off the appetizer for wrong orders and poor service. We tipped anyway and left the restaurant. This was a terrible experience from beginning to end and we weren’t the only ones experiencing issues at dinner. I overheard other tables receiving wrong orders!

We went in at 7:20 on Sunday night. The place was mostly empty so we got seated right away. Took about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table to take our drink orders. And another 10 to get the drinks. We placed the order and it took almost half an hour to get the food. You could tell the food sat under a heat lamp for a while. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was well done and room temperature. My kids got both got grilled cheeses and it was also cold. The frys were a bit soggy from sitting for so long. They remade my steak and that steak was cooked great and tasted great. The server never came to the table to ask us how things were going. I have to flag people down just to get refills. They never brought bread until I asked the passing hostess. While we were eating I saw another couple get seated two table down from us “there was more employees there than customers at this time” and they waited for almost 15 minutes and no one ever came to their table so they left. I live in Fort Wayne Indiana and love going to Logan’s. It’s one of our favorite places to eat and we have NEVER had such terrible service or problems with the food. Also, we witnessed several servers and a female manager just sitting around talking and laughing forba while as well as staring at their phones. If we are back in that area we will certainly not be going back there.

It’s our regular go-to family restaurant for steak, seafood add ons, too.The food and service can be inconsistent but it’s always good enough. There’s never a wait for a table and that’s important when you have hungry young children. It’s very family-friendly here. If you want a medium-well steak, though, you must order medium or it will be well done. All the sides are excellent- steamed broccoli, zucchini fries, coleslaw, salads, mushrooms, sweet potatoes.

Just left Logan’s after taking my daughter there for a late birthday lunch. Our waitress Julie was awesome! She was really sweet and made sure that we were attended to. She brought our drinks and bread right away.

Got to the restaurant and they said ten minutes. Seated in 25. I could let that go. Sat at the table another ten minutes until our “server” showed up. Asked if we would like something to drink and if we needed more time on the menu. So we ordered our drinks and meals. Drinks took 7 more minutes. Salad comes out and before the plate hits the table. Our meals are here. I asked for no tomatoes( got tomatoes) asked for French (got ranch). Asked for a chop steak with onions mushrooms and gravy (got onions, no mushrooms or gravy).

The food is good when you can get it. This is the second time I have gone there and they not have Prime Rib. Note, they serve Prime Rib Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s after 4:00. I ordered it on Sunday at 4:02 and they were out. They also had no Ranch dressing which seems like a staple that they would have. To top it off they didn’t bring our appetizers.

Terrible!! Logan’s NEEDS TO FIX THIS! We went to Logan’s on 6/5/16 and the best part of the night was the waitress. We ordered and I ordered the large rib-eye, 20 oz I believe, at med-rare. As we waited I watched the gentleman send his prime rib back 3 times as he ordered it med-well (I know but his call). We received our meal and the first thing that happened was my side dish was COLD! I politely asked our waitress to heat it up for me. She brought me a new one, and I don’t know how this happened but half of my loaded mashed potato was cold and the other hot, wow. As most know, a rib-eye gets a little more done on the outside but as I started getting to the heart of the steak it became difficult to cut. It looked great, grill marks on the outside and nice color. However, when I flipped the steak over the other side was barely cooked! The top half was Med-well to well and the lower half was rare to med-rare. Exactly half and half. I showed the manager and she removed the unfinished steak from our bill. She actually stated she had already done that prior to our conversation. And here is another problem, our meal which should have cost $40 cost just over $10. As most people tip to their check total and not what it should have been, the wait staff takes the brunt for poor kitchen performance. I made sure she understood that I tipped to the full amount of $40 and not the $10. The relieved look on her face said all she needed to say. I could tell right away this wasn’t the first and it was already a long night. When the kitchen has poor performance the customer and wait staff suffer the most!!

Seems like they may need to do a better job keeping things in stock. Went in on a slow monday night. Tried to order the ribeye. They were out of it. So I ordered the strip with corn and mashed potatoes. Except they were out of corn. No big deal, ordered the mac and cheese instead. Waitress comes back a few minutes later. And they’re out of the strip steaks, on a slow monday night. The positive thing though was that the manager paid for me a porterhouse without me having to complain at all. So I did get a free steak, which was not only pretty good, but hard to complain about. The server was very nice, albeit a little slow. I would probably try it again, since the manager took care of me, but I hope they have the ribeye, and a little faster service next time because there are plenty of other places in town that do.

My husband and I recently went to Logan’s for dinner. It was around 7pm that we arrived. It was FREEZING inside the restaurant. I understand that it’s summertime and it’s warm outside but it was uncomfortably cold in there. My husband who is usually never cold even said it was cold. We were both in short sleeves and long pants but felt like we needed a coat. The server was ok.
