This review is long overdue. We have been eating here for over a year now and it instantly became our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. My husband and I are from California and have missed the types of places we ate at growing up since moving to Georgia. The first time we ate at Locos Tacos we just looked at each other like, “FINALLY!” You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu…it’s all amazing. Their signature Taco Loco is straight up decadent in the greasiest wag possible. Totally worth it. Their California Fajita Nachos (fries instead of chips) are the jam! Eat here!

Amazing! I ordered the Birria tacos with a side of rice & beans. Everything was very flavorful and truly the best thing I’ve had since moving to Newnan. The only thing was the tortilla got a little soggy by the time I got home but still so good.

I got the fajita burrito, the chicken was overcooked with no flavor, steak tasted cheap and just not good. The shrimp was good but they only put 3 in the the whole thing. Big portions, but I didn’t like the food at all. Super disappointed, probly the worst tasting Mexican food I’ve had.

Their food is great! We went on Cinco de Mayo for lunch. Got the birria tacos and they were perfect. The place was clean. Service was speedy. Prices were good. Only complaint is that I wish the container they served the stew/liquid part in wasn’t so shallow.. impedes the dipping experience, lol. Also, NO MARGARITAS?? Maybe they haven’t gotten their liquor license yet, but that part almost made us leave. I would recommend this to a family member and I’d probably go with them again. If you’re considering, just go. You won’t be disappointed (unless you’re looking for something with tequila in it).

Locos tacos is always our go-to! There’s never a wait when we eat inside, and the food always comes out fresh and hot. We door dash from here at least once every 2 weeks and they always have our order correct! I’ve yet to order something I didn’t love, but the birria tacos and barbacoa nachos are my favorite.

Y’all… don’t ever serve this to another customer and think it’s okay. If a carne asada looks like this when it comes off the grill, THROW IT AWAY and start over. Do not serve this to a paying customer. I wish you could hear the sound it makes when I hit it against the plate. What even is this?? It’s stiff as a board. It’s not tender. It’s not juicy. I’m in shock that this was allowed to leave the grill and be placed in a to-go box.

Stopped in with my boyfriend today. Small; there are a few tables and chairs (it seems mostly designed for to go food. It was very clean. it just opened recently beside the shell gas station. The workers were friendly. It was not too busy when we arrived; we ordered the chicken nachos (full plate) and two tacos to try; shredded beef and steak. The wait time was around 20 minutes for our order but we didn’t mind waiting; the food was authentic and delicious. Very fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good Mexican food. We will return!

I’ve never walked into an establishment which currently had no customers, to not even be greeted or welcomed. The front clerk didn’t acknowledge us as we walked in and continued sweeping around us. Once she did arrive behind the counter she didn’t even smile or say how can I help you. Very poor behavior. I would rather spend my money at a family owned location with better service. Needless to say we didn’t try the food (which might have been amazing).
