Locos Gringos Coastal Mexican Grill Menu – Honesdale, PA

Type : Mexican restaurant

Location : Honesdale, PA

Our vision is to bring fresh coastal mexican food and that fresh charming small town coastal vibe, that we loved while living at the beach, right here to Main St.
We are not 100% authentic Mexican food, hence the name, but we do offer authentic Mexican styles and other touches when we can. We keep our food mild but offer different options to kick up the heat.
More than anything our customers compliment how fresh their food is, and that is exactly what we were aiming for. A little coastal, a little Mexican, all fresh. We love people, we love God, and we love food.

I thought I loved Locos before, but now with their expanded menu, I love them even more. 1 stop shop menu for everyone in my family. They not only make fresh and delicious food with great portion sizes but they always accommodate any changes I may need to fit my health needs. They are a huge asset to this community!

Just discovered this amazing little place today while having lunch with my best friend. Delicious food that is super fresh! The customer service was fantastic. Everyone was super kind and friendly! We loved our food. We cannot wait to go back. Top notch food at a very reasonable price.

My fiancé and I loved this place as it was really the only place to get tacos / Mexican / coastal around. But then they suddenly closed and have been closed for months to start up a new business endeavor (restaurant)?! We are transplants from Long Island so maybe it’s just our business ethics and mentality, but I can’t wrap my head around abandoning a successful business that locals love to start something else up, without any idea of when you’ll reopen?! Really enjoyed this place, just bummed really…

mediocre menu with small portions at a high price, the quesadillas are very cheaply made for their price. the “deli” menu is very laughable and substandard, i would say stick to the “authentic” mexican food but they can’t even get that right.

The food was delicious! I got the vegan option which is the jackfruit burrito and I got it street style. The food tasted fresh, and I enjoyed it! I thought it was a bit pricey especially because the servings for a meal seem small and not very filling… also have tried coming here multiple times but it’s closed a lot of the times even though the website says it’s open for that time… not too sure why that is.

The restaurant was nice and clean with very welcoming atmosphere. My food was fresh and delicious. My kids had kid meals which served with dinosaur stand. So cute and very creative! They really loved their food. Friendly service as well.

First time trying their food it was delish I ordered the shrimp fresh tacos for my gf and she loved It, fajita quesadilla-delish! And I ordered the jackfruit tacos coastal , so two suggestions mushrooms should be added to the mix cause why ?! They’re delish and it’s a great option for vegetarians/vegans, also I’d like a little more spice to it they added jalapeños which weren’t so bad but more spicy sauce would be awesome . Overall great food good service happy workers ( love that ) will order again !!!!

This was a great experience! We had street tacos and nachos. The chicken and the beef were cooked perfectly. I would say a bit under seasoned but that’s just personal preference and didn’t take away from the experience! Can’t wait to go again.

True gem for Honesdale and Hawley. Well worth the twenty minute drive to take out. Made fresh, you can see them cooking right when you walk in the door, and it’s a family run business! I’ve tried everything and it’s hard to pick a favorite, but I’m addicted to the Beef Burrito made “Fresh”, my husband is all about the Steak Quesadilla! Wednesdays have new meaning in our lives because that’s the day it opens.
