Food is Delicious, reminds me of the Chinese Food back home (Chicago) Only thing I will say is that when you call to order there is this RUDE lady on who always answers the phone. She needs to be taught some manners and customer service skills. She made me not want to call again.

Unbearably slow service. It took them 30 min to prepare an order of chicken chow mein. They actually forgot about my order and asked me what my order was, after I saw two people who had ordered after me got theirs to go. The food tasted terrible, probably because it was prepared hastily once I reminded them of what I had ordered. Definitely not coming back here – I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been to Lobster Wok twice getting takeout. The food is pretty good, although the service each time was not very friendly. Tonight I ordered online using their website and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I saw a notice posted on their front door that they were closed on vacation and won’t reopen until 8/23! There was no notice on their website that they were closed until the 23rd and when I googled the restaurant, it says Open until 10 pm! Now I have to wait until tomorrow to put a dispute in with my bank and was inconvenienced by having to spend more time out ordering from another restaurant. I probably won’t return to Lobster Wok.

Always check if they gave you the correct order when picking up. I received wrong order a few months ago and was already home and didn’t want to bother calling back.

Came in on a whim, asked how long it would be for a beef with brocoli. They said 5 min, no more. I said Okay, I bet this will be more like 10-15 but I’ll still take it because I’m hungry. They really did have it for me, hot and ready, in 5 min. I was impressed. Food was great and fresh as well. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
