Really enjoyed sitting seaside and the view of the ocean. Nice tables with umbrellas to block the sun. Gift shop was a interesting and nice. Ordered the lobster roll with fries – all absolutely divine! Chicken fingers were a good meat to breading ratio with tasty ranch. Meat was a bit dry though. We also ordered the onion rings and they were perfectly sweet and crunchy. Liked the nice touch of serving the chicken finger basket on a frisbee.

My husband and I went here on our last night of our Maine vacation, as I really wanted to get one last blueberry pie from someplace before leaving for home, and it was right down the road from where we were staying.

Early dinner. Nice restaurant with wonderful server and staff. Views of the Penobscot Bay. Right on the water. Eat inside, booths or tables. Outside tables also. Small bar. Next to Lincolnville Beach, Lobster pot (shore dinner) includes nice cup of New England Clam Chowder. Main course….1 1/8 pound whole lobster with drawn butter, corn on the cob, steamed clams with broth, red potatoes. Dessert, warm Blueberry Pie. Nice selection of draft beers. Yes, you need the lobster bib provided.

First night in Maine and we stopped here for dinner. I had the haddock cakes and corn on the cob, Mom had calamari and green beans, Dad had mussels and red potatoes. Everything was tasty and well cooked. We finished the night with some dessert. They don’t joke about the carrot cake being mile high!

We did not have lobster so cannot comment on that. I had the haddock sandwich and my companion had clam chowder. It was a generous serving but I am pretty sure the haddock was frozen. As a Mainer I am used to the fresh and the taste and texture just isn’t the same. The restaurant was clean and right on the beach so that was a plus. We waited quite a while for our food and our check even though they weren’t super busy. They may have been short staffed the day we were there.

Nice spot on the water. Atmosphere is what you’d think it would be for a lobster spot on the water. Of course the lobster was fresh as can be and steamers were excellent and not sandy. The pie was INCREDIBLE. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area.
