Great infused margaritas and bean/queso dip. Chicken in the mole enchiladas was a little dry and the portobello chimichangas were just alright though. Would prefer they be served with rice and beans rather than a bland salad. There’s better tex mex in NYC.

My family and I walked quite a ways to enjoy this restaurant. Let me start with the positive, they just opened so wasn’t too busy. Fun tex mex interior. Bar area seating, upstairs and outside. Bartender was friendly.

I’ve been going to Lobo for happy hour for years. The margaritas are strong, the service friendly, and the country nachos (pulled pork+nachos) are worth the trip alone.

First time in this restaurant. It has a very cozy ambient. Waiters don’t bother. Today they had the Margarita Happy Hour and it’s pretty much the best one’s i’ve had so far. The bartender definitely knows how to mix it up the right way. For plates I ordered The Wolf, Pollo Borracho and chilli with cheese and chips. I thought it would be around 100.00 for this dinner and was way much less than expected plus tip. The food was perfect and it seems the chef was working hard to bring the food with the highest standards possible.

Usually I find Tex-mex food to be rather bland and uninspired, but I was pleasantly surprised by Lobo. I had the Wolf plate. Really nice blend of flavors. Margaritas were massive too.

I went in excited by the reviews and menu and left really disappointed by the whole experience. Chimichangas were bland and served with a salad that takes away from the dish. No chips rice or beans without paying extra. All overpriced for what is essentially mismatched cafeteria food. 2 stars for the margarita if you just want drinks.

Been coming here for almost 12 years. I’ve celebrated many birthdays and life achievements and the wonderful staff at Lobo. This place feels like home. The margaritas are out of this world. Fresh chips and salsa and the food never disappoints. Cheers to Lobo and see you guys again soon!

Don’t sit upstairs because they will forget about you. After sitting around for a while, waiter eventually returned with the wrong order. Before I had a chance to say anything he was turned around and walking away. Never came back up to check on us. For the price, not worth it.

I would come here even if they only served chips/salsa and margaritas. Seriously, they’re that good. Atmosphere is super casual and family friendly and tex-mex dishes are on point. Service is always attentive and staff are very friendly.
