Please be careful when ordering from here. Save text messages, record voice call, screenshot online conversations. I ordered online when his website was up and running, only to be told that they were not accepting orders at that time. I asked for a refund and he adamantly swears that he refunded me. The ONLY reason I was refunded by cashapp is because I provided them with text messages and screenshots. Now, he ONLY accepts phone calls for orders and if you ask him any questions about ordering on TikTok, Instagram or FB, he will block you. He has changed business locations SEVERAL times. He changed his online profiles. Please be very careful when spending money with this scam artist.

We had a family member to bring us the gourmet chitterlings to MS. And let’s just say it was not what we expected. The chitterlings had a VERY VERY strong vinegar taste that wasn’t so pleasing. However my family member did say his attitude was ok. We definitely may give him a try later in the future with other menu items.

I ordered a whole pan of chitterlings to be shipped to me. I paid $615 for my entire order. When the chitterlings arrived all I received was scraps that smelled horrible. I tried to eat them but I could not bare the smell. The one I did eat made me sick to my stomach. I will never order again. I was very displeased. Lesson learned.

Terrible. Avoid this business and take heed to the reviews. They take your money and do not fulfill orders. I paid for the gourmet chitterlings with shipping and they never sent them. Once they received payment they went silent and even declined to refund my payment.

Rude, Disrespectful, Cantankerous(disagreeable to deal with; contentious; peevish) Unfortunately, this describes what I experienced when encountering this chef when visiting his business for the first time. WOW! He was unwilling or unable to explain the process of placing an order to a person trying to place an order to support his business for the first time. He was not answering the phone and spoke harshly to a customer who was there to pick up the order placed two days earlier. I told him I would never place an order from his business and would give him an honest rating online. I waited a few hours before posting this to provide facts instead of a bunch of anger. I cannot reward poor customer service with one cent. The people who rated you poorly due to your lack of customer service skills and poor attitude were spot-on in their reviews. Unfortunately, it seems you’ve deemed yourself a ‘celebrity’ chef and drank your own kool-aid because people on social media give great comments based on the appearance of your food. You’re losing local customers while basking in the glow of TikTok remarks from people who will never visit your business. Meeting you today was very disappointing. I drove across town to support a local business and have a great meal. Instead, I was treated rudely and added this business to my list of places to warn others to never patronize. Come on Bruh.

Chitterlings was not clean and didn’t taste clean just a waste of money. All the lining of was still on the chitterlings…everyone that has cooked and cleaned chitterlings knows the lining has to be removed in order to be fully cleaned. They were flavorful, just not clean enough for me.

Reporting to BBB bc you sir, need to learn a valuable lesson in business etiquette..i dont care if your food cost $1 or $300….YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE AND IT’S IMPOSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE SO CARELESS TO MAKE GOOD FOOD! He boils his chitterlings and then tries to get the lining off. How???? Cooking the lining makes it harder to clean. That is NASTY!!!!!! The only people who would purchase anything from him must have horrible taste in everything!!! His service is SO BAD TO THE POINT YOU CANT AND DO NOT WANT THE FOOD.
