I didn’t even know this place was there until a week ago. We decided to give it a shot based on the reviews. We were not disappointed. It isn’t the best pizza we ever had but it’s definitely a hidden gem for the area. The crust is great, sauce has good flavor, everything you want in a good pizza. The Buffalo was great too, alot of flavor and they are generous with the amount of chicken. The pictures on Google don’t do this place justice.

I must say this location exceeded my expectations. As a native New Yorker I have tried many pizzas and enjoy hopping around different pizza spots to give a fair review. I had the opportunity to try the plain pizza, Hawaiian, calamari and their soft bread. The pizza has a sauce that makes you savor every bite. You can taste the ingredients in the sauce and that’s appealing to me. The Hawaiian did not disappoint either definitely on par with the taste and presentation. The calamari was seasoned perfectly, it has been a long time since I had calamari that had flavor. Usually other places have soggy and bland calamari but not this location. Also the soft bread was tasty and a delightful treat for bread lovers. I also cannot forget to mention the service and ambiance. Our server which was the owner I believe was outstanding, polite and made us feel welcomed into her home. This small location really felt like home. Do not hesitate to try this pizza.

I love this place. It’s a hidden gem and I want it to stay hidden but the owners deserve better. They’re really nice and friendly, the food’s amazing, it’s a nice cozy place to grab a bite.

Stopped over in Edison for work and Googled this gem. The buffalo chicken pizza is delicious and if I ever write my memoirs, there will be a chapter devoted to this crust. If this is your local restaurant, hug your mother for getting you here.

This place is the best! I heard about it a couple months ago and wish we would of known about it sooner. I won’t go anywhere else. The eggplant parm pizza is amazing. I really enjoyed the wings too.

We travel far out of our way just to get a pie, penne or sandwich from Lo Chiattos. The staff and owner are nice people, their pizza the best in the area — their cheesesteak pie is out of this world, and so is the penne vodka entree. One of our very favorite places!
