I didn’t want to leave this review, but I’ve been sick all day after eating from here. It’s 1:30am and I’m up sick. I ordered on door dash from here yesterday for lunch around 12pm. It was the first thing I ate yesterday and maybe a half hour later I got sick and have been to the restroom an embarrassing amount of times since eating from there yesterday. I really wish they would serve their Mac salad for to go orders in separate cups like other lnl locations. If they took food handlers class they would know this. Putting food that contains mayonnaise in a to go container with food that is hot is not acceptable. Cutting corners instead of just putting it in a separate cup is terrible. I think this location could turn things around if they changed some of the way they do things that aren’t congruent with other locations.

Ordered 8 kalua pork based on picture on the wall featuring a juicy mouth watering chunk of kahlua pork with rice. After arrival at my destination. Opened the trays to find pale pork slaw? or stir fry? in the tray. It lacked flavor and was not anything like the picture on the board! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered for Delivery- Worst L&L I’ve ever had. The Locomoco had no gravy and barely any rice and salad was served in plate . Small portions and bad taste and sloppy service. Wish I saw the reviews before ordering. They bring a bad name to L&L.

This is by far the worst LnL I’ve been to. The service was good but the food was bad. I had chicken katsu curry, and it was horrible. The rice was watery, and the curry had no taste. Please replace your cooker.

Ordered musubis and it’s a very simple yet tasty but not only they didn’t fry the spam, the egg that was added was very bland, the musubi didn’t have its signature sauce and it was very disappointing. I even ordered my katsu, chicken was dry and no taste. Luckily for its sauce, that had a little tasting to it. My first time here, I always go to the one near my place and I regret going here. I love how the cashier is such a nice person, just need to work on it food quality.
