The girl cashiers are so rude. I don’t know who hires them , but over the years I’ve always experienced horrible customer service. Specially when trying to place an order over the phone, i’ve been hung up on many times on different occasions. They don’t answer their telephone, i’ve called while inside the store to see what they do, and ive caught them purposely hanging up incoming calls. Horrible, por management.

Had the Kalau pork and it was delicious. -3 years layer update-had the same dish and it was trash. Tasted bland and cheap. Way too much grease and just not good anymore. Also had the chicken bowl and beef bowl (more like 75% gristle bowl, ugh) It’s a shame but likely the last time I patronize this business.

Ordered on Doordash a few times and either the loco moco has too much gravy or the portions are really different. I got the mini garlic shrimp a few weeks ago and it was more than enough food. Now I got the mini garlic shrimp and it has 4 tiny shrimp. What the heck? Good thing I had ordered a musubi too, which tasted great.

I ordered by phone 2 orders of the BBQ big plate. And yes it was big!!! My son loved the short ribs. If you’re a good eater go for this one 100% it will fill you up. It comes with macaroni salad and white rice some cabbage at the bottom of the meat.

After a year of not coming I decided to give them a second chance. It was a mistake. Chicken was stale and presumably cooked the day prior or early that morning and can tell by the hardness of the chicken. It’s not cooked fresh, just heated up on the grill. If you scratch the surface of the chicken it’s super dry which is an indication. I’d attached a picture, see for yourself. Management have done absolutely nothing to change this store around, they have zero accountability and owns none of the issues. Stay away from this L&L.
