Went in today for my first meal at 10:45am. I love l&l it’s my favorite….or rather use to be. The service has gotten so very poor and the food is closely followed behind. This morning I had to tell the guy my order 3 times and he still put it in wrong. He was more focused on the cooks in the back. When he handed me my incorrect order I had to correct him again on it. He only fixed half of it and only after the cooks complained. It wasn’t even worth trying to fix the other half since the cashier didn’t understand it the first 3 times. Very poor attitude and very very poor service. I’d have to say I wouldn’t recommend eating here anymore.

Generally a great place to get a quick bite. Unfortunately I sometimes get a less than ideal dish. For example: over fried chicken katsu, dried out kalua pig are recent examples. With the recent price increase, I would hope they could maintain quality.

Came to pick up an order, and whoever that cashier guy is needs to go. Absolutely rude. I’m the middle of asking him for my drink cups he decides to answer the phone and brush his hand over to the cups ignoring me entirely. I got upset and told him I need the cups and he said to grab them. It’s not his job. I will not be coming back. He even told me to shut up.

I went to get L&L here because I love the L&L BBQ chicken plate back home in Colorado Springs. However, this BBQ plate tastes nothing like the one I’ve always had. It is salty with no other flavor. The mac salad still tastes the same thankfully. The rice was also a little mushy.

Food is always good here. Always fresh. The atmosphere is nice, and the customer service is good. Regular plates usually start at $14 or higher. Sometimes it’s too much food so I’ll just get an item al la cart. Those got from $3 and higher.

Had the chicken katsu plate. Been a while since eating at L&L Hawaiian. I always start with the safe option. The chicken was dry and the sauces not flavorful. Not sure I’ll give eating here another chance. Perhaps it was a bad time to visit.

Excellent location with not your average fast food fare. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is usually pretty quick. Seating can get tight at lunch time, but the food is quite worth it. I highly recommend the Chicken Katsu!

I ordered three plates of food and extra sauce with all of them. I picked it up and got home to discover I didn’t get any sauce at all. I called and the young man, seemed to not care. Will not be going back. This is the second time this has happened.
