Awesome quality – 9:15 pm on a Monday night, everyone was starved and we were lucky L&L was nearby. Even at this time, the lady (owner?) had a great smile and was attentive to my order and helpful to make recommendations. Two chefs in the back working diligently to get the order right and out quickly. Food was delicious and of very good quality and I could have easily been in Oahu eating this. Mac Salad and rice, galbi, chicken and katsu were made to perfection. Thanks guys for putting the effort to a satisfied family w/kids.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! If you are hungry go to Alhoa Kitchen or the L&L off of serene. The lady here is absolutely rude. This is not only my first complaint but my second one. I have had problems here before with the same lady. I come here like 2 times a week and only pay $19.51 usually. But tonight I wanted to get a large drink with my combo and she wanted to charge me $2.79 just to upsize the cup to a large instead of Regular. It has never been that much to just upsize. Then I asked here to please make sure my cheeseburger was plain and I come home to this mess. Then I ask her for an extra katzu sauce and she tries to say $.25 cents. When they have never charged me for that. Then I asked her for extra ketchup and she only gives me a few packets. The guys that make the food are always wearing headphones and never doing their job. The lady is more worried About counting her tips then getting peoples foods ready. My food was sitting there behind her for a good 3 mins before I had to say something just for her to bag it. If I were you I would never ever eat here!!!

Amazing customer service and clean location! The food on the other hand! I ordered the Kaluha and Lau Lau Pork which is usually amazing. The Kaluha pork is usually wrapped in a banana leaf and is always tender and juicy but this time no banana leaf and it was drier than the Mojave desert! I was very disappointed as this is usually my favorite dish!
