Ok let me start with this, the food is not horrible. The burgers were warm and tasted fairly fresh and the fries also seemed mostly fresh. Sodas were great solid balance of soda syrup and carbonation. However the praise stops there, 5 highschool kids wearing pajamas were running the store and were having a rough day, 3 people in line and perhaps a 20-25 minute wait, the system was not working and the workers were lost as to how to correct their situation. Management is required for a functioning facility and this establishment lacks that crucial element. The kids did the best they could in that situation so I’m not knocking them but without guidance they cracked under pressure and your product and service suffered. Will give them another shot but someone needs to get some stuff together.

Very understaffed, so drive through is only open. Which is fine, we just ate out on the patio. The food was very mediocre though. The pizza burger is one of a kind though, if you’re going, you might as well give it a try.

Extremely disappointed. This is one of my favorite places but tonight service was terrible. When the girl was taking our order she was rude and her bad attitude made it seem like she was annoyed to have 3 customers. All together we spent over $50 and when we pulled around to pay we were told we’d have to wait 10minutes because they had to take more orders before they could make ours and that it was also our avalanche ice cream with extra Oreo that was going to take so long..? So we were asked to pull forward and as we sat there we watched two cars receive their orders with ice cream and pull away! When we finally got our food as we pulled away my friend looked at her shake and there was almost no Oreos at all. Unfortunately it was a very unsatisfying experience.

This place used to have great quality. Idk if it’s because you have a bunch of high school kids working, but RAW chicken that I intended to feed my son is never ok. I spent $60 here today and that’s the service i get. I’d rather wait long for fully cooked food than have your employees be careless just to rush a big order out. I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be coming back. Food Bourne illness can be deadly, and I’m not taking the risk.

Extremely run down, which usually means great homestyle food. Not in this case. Burger was dry, overcooked, with wilted toppings and no flavor. Ice cream was basic.
