Quote on a Thursday night…Grilled Wedge salad with grilled chicken breast was delicious, great burger, loved the fries and the fresh kettle chips and Onion dip. Wonderful drinks from the bar too

The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Live Oak Grille is a very clean restaurant and the menu has a lot to offer.

Great for airport food. I got fish and chips and the batter was great. Light and crispy. Best of all the fries were real cut potatoes. Not the frozen fries you get everywhere else. Exceeded my expectations. I’ve never had airport food that tasted homemade. My coworker got the chorizo meat loaf and it was great too. Very impressed. Pay no attention to Don Holmes review below. He obviously can’t separate food from political views.

If I could give zero stars I would. We walked in to grab a table and the waitress with glasses and dark hair(couldn’t get her name) started Yelling that she was too busy for us and we needed to go across to the bar across the hall. We then went across the way to the bar, and the bar staff was busy helping the waitress at the live oak. My husband walked back over to grab a menu and the waitress started YELLING AT HIM in front of everyone saying there were menus at the bar (mind you the bar hostess wasn’t there mainly to help the waitress who clearly can’t handle the load in the live oak) we only wanted to look at the menu for a minute and she continued to yell at him to put it back. So a nice older gentlemen went to give my husband an extra menu to borrow and the waitress started YELLING at that customer too , to not give it to us. It made a huge scene in front of everyone there.

I had fish and chips at Live Oak Grill and an after-security restaurant at Regan National airport in DC last week. The DC version was barely edible. The Tally version was a good fish and chips that was served quickly, and a very satisfying meal. Most such restaurants at large airports are sub-par because they have little return business. Perhaps smaller airports get more return customers, but for whatever reason I’m happy to recommend Live Oak Grill.

My husband and I decided to not rush trying to get food over our layover and decided to eat at Live Oak. We did not regret it. We had the cheeseburger and the brisket mac and cheese. So good!

I went against all better judgement and ordered fish tacos from an airport bar. So glad I did! They were fresh and really good. This was probably my best airport meal to date, and I’ve had many all over the world.

I’ve been here twice in a month. I thought the first time may have been a fluke as I was in the place by myself. Nope. Its confirmed, the cook hates his job. Very slow. So slow that the lady at the counter is giving customers a warning … theres a wait of about 15 min. … she was correct…. it took 15 min to make my toast.

The food is awesome at the Live Oak Grille just on the other side of security. My personal favorites are the Cheesburger with “Chedder” and a side of hand cut fries or the Pork Belly sliders a crowd favorite as well.
