Great food and atmosphere. Ordering is a little weird – you scan a QR code and then order and pay, then your food is brought out. I don’t mind less server contact, because sometimes it’s a bit much, but somehow the food prices and tip are on par with other places where you do get that service, so the math is off somewhere. Anyway, I’m mentioning it here so you’re not surprised when you get there.

Great atmosphere, sat on the deck, enjoyed the evening sunset. Margaritas were delicious, though small for $14/each! Chips and salsa were tasty, really like the homemade salsa and chips. Wish they asked if we wanted more chips! Fish tacos were also delicious, and 2 are plenty in the meal, especially after the chips n salsa!

Little Water Cantina is a Mexican restaurant in East Lake right before the bridge. They have parking underneath in the garage or on the street. There’s a few dozen tables, spread out between inside and outside (along with some heaters during the winter). You order through QR codes and food is brought out to you. Their menu size is decent, prices are ok and the food is good. Portion sizes are a bit small as well. Service is ok here, some of the wait staff are friendly and helpful while some just go through the motions. The views here during the summer of Lake Union are awesome, which makes this a busy spot during nice weather.

Strange ordering and paying using my phone. No waiter/waitress, except for bringing the food and drinks and setting them down. I prefer the older way of service by actually giving service. The venue was pretty good and we liked being by the water. Six people @ more than $200. (including 4 adult beverages).

Arrived at 8pm on a Saturday night with a party of 8. Got seated right away! Beautiful view. Loved ordering from my phone. Very quick service. Friendly staff. I had the fish tacos and they were great. I would come back for sure!

This place…5 stars to the view, food and drinks, but 0 stars to the food ordering system/ service. It wasn’t always like this, but now they have the type of system where you pull up the site on your phone and order and tip before making any contact with staff (insert collective annoyed “ugh”). So I naturally tip well because I’ve spent years in the food service industry and don’t consider otherwise, and the staff is clearly going to see your tip before making food/drinks, but I don’t think a tip was deserved at all after the experience. They just drop your stuff and never return. No plates, no silverware, no water, no checking back to see if things are fine. It’s like a fast food restaurant, yet you’re expected to tip? They all seemed nice enough, yet why no service? So disappointing. The ordering system sucks, but you still need to check on the tables! I ended up running around multiple times to try to get what we needed. Please change your system! I want to go back and drink a delicious margarita in the sun, but not going to happen.

A group of us stopped here on a bike ride. They let us put our bikes inside an unused part of the restaurant to keep them safe. We ordered drinks and various version of chips, guac, salsa, and a cheese dip. All was good. Ordering is done through an app. Worked great for a group so each person could track and pay for their own food.

This is a great summer spot with a view of downtown and excellent service. This food and drinks are pricy, but the food is well portioned, and the drinks are strong. I recommend stopping in for a quick bite and drink with friends before a night out. They make a couple of different margaritas that are fantastic. They have a vast tequila selection as well. I recommend getting the chips and salsa or the Chimichanga. The seafood can be good as well.

I understand technology helps but to refuse personal table-side service compared to using a QR code to order detracts from the personal experience and ability to make personalized requests. Our request was denied and then I was told he could do it for me on my phone if I didn’t understand to which I said it’s not lack of understanding, it’s lack of wanting to share my personal info in a public place without security. I couldn’t order a personalized drink as there was NO custom options for ordering. So I had to order what they had on the basic list instead of ordering what I wanted. It took me 39 minutes to get water and to finally figure out how to get a drink ordered. That entire 39 minutes we were ignored. I even waved him over for help. This is awful customer service. They just said if you want to order personally we can go inside and order there. Whaaat???? You’re going to make me get up, go inside, to a cash register like it’s McDonald’s and then you’ll bring me my food? There was no service besides walking my food 50 ft to me. I did everything. Then you want to force me to give an 18%, 20%, or a 25% tip with no ability to customize the tip??? Yeah, their “customize” tip is highlighted but does nothing when you click it. So $0 dollar tip for him. The whole ordering experience was so awful that I won’t go back. Why couldn’t the waiter just take our order and ring it up himself? That’s a service. Too bad—the food was pretty good and worth going to but I will not go back.
