I ate here on many occasions and have the receipts to prove it. However I will never eat there again. I contacted the Delaware Health Department because when I went to use the bathroom, there was cooked chicken right by the bathroom door. Anyone could have spit or did worst to the tub of chicken. I was confronted by what I believe was the owner who push me as I went to take pictures of the exposed chicken by the bathroom door. She yelled that I was not going to Karen her. I called the Delaware Police Department. The New Castle Police who took my call was very understanding but told me that the call would fall under the Delaware State Police Department. The DSP never came to address my complaint personally. I don’t know if it had anything to do with my race but all I got was a call saying they investigated and the witnesses had left by the time he had gotten there hours later. The police officer. I’m hoping I spell his name right, Corp Aviola badge 925 of Troop 6 who said that the owner claim she never pushed me and that she said I was bigger than she was. I’m 67 years old with scoliosis and balance issues. The Corporal never verified anything because he never came out to interview me. He did tell me on the phone that I was banned from the property which I thought was dumb because after I saw that tub of chicken by the bathroom door, why would I want to go there. Anyway, there are witnesses, including at least one employee but these days it’s difficult to find honest people to do the right thing.

The shop and the restaurant both have great food. The pasta is amazing and they even have gluten-free pasta. Will continue going to for many years!!

Cheese steak was loaded and very delicious. It’s hard to find good cheese steaks! Prices are great! Love the Italian pizza crust and sauce! I highly recommend!

Food is disgusting here. Old & nasty. Manager informed me they pre cook the meat like wait what! We want fresh food. Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was dry & old & burnt. Pizza is thin as paper. I’ve seen other reviews on here that I agree with food is old too bad I didn’t see them before I had my experience. Service is bad too lady seems the least bit apologetic or concerned. She said they get so busy they have to cook the food earlier. That’s unacceptable & they remade me another cheesesteak & I fed it to my dog! I’m never eating here again. Good luck!

Great little family run shop! Usually stop in once or twice a week, and they are so nice and at this point greet me by name. Food is always good, pizzas, pasta plates, subs or cheesesteaks, never had a disappointing meal!

Used to come here alot when I worked close to here years ago. The last 2 times i came when I was in the area, the slices were not as good as they used to be. They look old on display then when they heat them the crust is too crispy and just tasteless overall and not fresh. Will not come back. Can get better slices elsewhere. RIP Vinnie’s
