It was rainy and cold and just finished skiing and she was open. The pho was fabulous usually I have to put hoisin sauce and siracha but it didn’t need it. The spring rolls and peanut sauce were delicious!!! I’ll go back

Cool tiny little food truck in the parking lot of the plaza. Looked like a fun option so we gave it a try. Good variety for a food truck. Generous portions and very reasonable prices. No tables so it’s take out. Check it out!
