Horrible bedside manners. They don’t know how to talk to customers. No matter how many times you call they will tell you food left 5 minutes ago. Waited 45 minutes and still no food. live about 5 miles from the restaurant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Restaurants like this give others a bad name and make you avoid ordering deliveries!!! The rent here must be very high. The prices are what one would expect for extremely good food at a fancy sit-down restaurant. This is not that. It’s a small take-out place with nowhere to park. The prices should be half what they are based on the food quality and portion size. I hope they can move to a cheaper location and make the prices more reasonable.

My order today had completely different ingredients than what their Pad See Ew normally has/what is listed on the menu. Good thing I don’t have any food allergies, but I am quite disappointed they didn’t tell me ahead of time and didn’t even bother to ask if it was okay. It tasted fine but it definitely isn’t what I ordered.

I myself am not a fan of Thai food, however I tried it out because my friend wanted to go but was impressed that I did like my meal. I got the lunch special… Vegetable soup (very fresh vegetables, good flavor broth), chicken dumplings (delicious but tasted more like sausage, could have been the seasonings) and sweet and sour chicken (very good – loved the rice and sauce, just wished there was more chicken and less vegetables.)

Rude and unreliable. Find an alternative. My wife ordered here last night and before she could explain the reason for her call, they said “you call and cancel after you ordered!” We are never ordering food from LTK-Scarsdale again.

We have been ordering here for years. It’s one of our go to places for take out. Food is always delicious and super fast delivery. I’m vegetarian and picky: the Tofu dishes are always amazing. The delivery guy is always super polite and thanks us for our order. I’m very sad to see low star reviews, that hasn’t been our experience at all. I’ve tried other places and keep coming back here – one place I tried on Central Ave gave me an allergy rash that I’ve never had before – the food was clearly off – so I come back here where everything is fresh.
