Little Thai Elephant is a family-run food truck based on the recipes of the most popular Thai restaurant in Newport. After visiting today, I can say they have incredible food as well as superb Thai iced tea!!

DELICIOUS!!! Wish I could give it 10 stars! So fresh and flavorful with nice large bites of chicken! Best Thai I have ever had! Excellent portion size and friendly workers. Took their advice and tried Skinny Kee Mao. Outstanding!

I love Thai food, and this is Thai food at its best! I’ve tried several menu items, and they are all fantastic! My favorite for now is the skinny kee mao. Great service, very friendly & quick, decent sized servings, reasonable prices. Plus it’s at Oakshire, who has some of the best beer in town, so you can’t go wrong! Watch the spice, though. True to Thai food, mild is pretty hot, medium spice is too much for most who aren’t used to it. My new favorite cart!

First time here. I really enjoy Thai food and this is some of the best I’ve had. Great atmosphere here at Oakshire Public House so the Thai option us a very welcome addition! Will definely be back to try out some more dishes.

This food truck is amazing! We stopped by Oakshire for a beer and ordered thai chili basil with medium heat and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered online and we received a text as soon as our order was ready. I wish I could copy how they cook their ground chicken. This place is a fabulous thai spot we’ll keep on rotation.
