The pho, noticeably fragrant. 20 hours of simmering evident in the deepness of taste, buttery from the marrow drawn from bones. Clean and translucent broth, an indicator of quality. The wait time, a result of perfectly boiled-to-order rice noodles.

Walking in, there is a wonderful aroma of delicious food being prepared. There are seatings available spaces for this new pandemic world. There are tables for small parties or bigger groups up to 8-10.

A hole in the way that serves legit Vietnamese dishes at a fast place. Plus the staffs there gave superb service and understood my special requests on certain dishes.

A little outdated restaurant and not that clean, but is crowded during lunch time. We ordered Pho #7 among other dishes? It was okay but not good.

We stopped in and my partner ordered food. No one was in the restaurant except the two people working, but she asked us if we were taking it to go. We wanted to eat there, but felt as though we were not wanted. We took the beef pho to go, but he didn’t eat any of it because the beef smelled awful.

Restaurant is older, and needs deep cleaning. As a rule of thumb, Asian restaurants don’t practice customer service. I asked the waiter for an extra cup of dipping sauce, he brings an empty cup to me instead of a full cup of sauce.
