About as OG Tex Mex as you can find in Austin. The salsa is perfect. Too many places are afraid to serve spicy salsa. But this stuff hits just right. Cheese enchiladas and good rice & beans. Queso was on point.

Caught my attention at red light.Stopped in and found a delightful resting stop . LMR has been around Austin almost 30 years .By the layout I’m guessing more than a few wedding receptions may have been held here . Owner waited on me and could not have been nicer .

Their salsa is fresh and spicy hot and served with warmed chips. I come for lunch break. Fast courteous service without slack on food served fresh and heat hot. When temps get warmer I would love to try their fresh margaritas and sit outside on their front patio area.
