What a great little spot. Staff was very friendly and attentive, views and ambience were nice. The dry aged steak was delicious and we were very happy with all three courses we ordered. Would love to go back and definitely recommend to others for a nice date night out.

Very dissapointing. Makes me wonder if this place has a new owner. Our experience:

Great located (second floor) above fuel coffee in the snowmass village. Delicious aged ribeye served on a rock of salt. Generous side easy fir sharing. Friendly staffs. With Little Mammoth in the heart of Snowmass, no need to drive to Aspen for delicious steaks.

The best place to get an steak in Snowmass Village. The drinks are tasty, the service is accommodating and friendly, and the food is to die for.

Really good food. Salmon Tartar appetizer, weiner schnitzel, Coppola, prime rib, and trout. Every thing effect but trout was a little dry. Good wine choices. Some a bit expensive but most reasonable in price. Chocolate cake with ice cream. Great service by the European ladies. Great birthday gift for my wife.

We just had a great meal at Little Mammoth. I normally don’t write reviews but felt I had to share this great experience.

Food is way overpriced for the quality that you get. Ordered a medium rare ribeye for $75, meat was tough and the ribeye cap was a shriveled piece of fat. Brussels sprout side was essentially boiled sprouts in a cream sauce. The bread was the lone highlight. Definitely don’t expect cheap meals in snowmass but for a limited menu and poor cooking I’d skip this one.
