I would venture to say this is the best Jamaican spot in Montgomery county. The food is authentic and consistently delicious. Portions are incredibly generous with a friendly staff. I have tried several Jamaican places and this one has kept me coming back for 2 years. There’s nothing on the menu I didn’t like but my favorites are the jerk chicken (if you can handle spicy), curry chicken, ox tail, and stewed fish. Recently, they came out with a spaghetti with meatballs and WOW!!!!! Amazing! I highly recommend this little place to anyone. It’s take-out only so call ahead for pick up so you don’t have to wait in line to order when you get there. It gets crazy busy sometimes.

Delicious food, and I highly recommend. Little Island Kitchen catered my wedding this summer and fed my 100 guests. Everyone loved the food. Comments included, “best wedding food ever”. We had some leftovers and they were just as good the next day.

I visited this restaurant for the 1st time today and have to say how truly impressed I was and am! The service was phenomenal and the presentation of my food was top notch. I ordered the curry goat with vegetables and was so impressed by the lack of amount of meat and lack bones. I will most DEFINITELY be going back.

Overall food was good. Chicken wings amazing Mac and cheese seasoned well cabbage good. BUT oxtail was tender as can be with zero flavor. Not sure how that is possible but it tasted like nothing. Everything else seasoned except the oxtail. I had to come home and doctor it up. Disappointing in that after spending $60 might try it again but it was a let down. Beef Patty amazing. Maybe I got a bad batch of oxtail but it was disturbingly flat

Large portions for a reasonable price. The flavor was okay. I ordered the stew chicken with cabbage they gave me Mac and cheese and threw in a small side of cabbage! overall the food was fine.

Between the convenient location customer service quality tasting food and presentation of this restaurant I would recommend this to all of my Caribbean food loving people out there in the local area! It’s the seasoning it’s the temperature of the food! It’s the smile on the face of the workers! It’s the fact that they are located right next to a very popular Asian food place but are able to keep their customers coming back! Although competition might put some people in fear about having a successful business, is these kinds of qualities that make a business function and run properly and successfully! This will be my new favorite Caribbean food place to go eat and recommend all of my friends and family too ❣️
