I come here because it’s inexpensive, close to my work, and good quality food. As a vegetarian, at first I was disappointed by the small selection, but while there’s only one combo for me, it’s a great one. I get the chow mein or fried rice, the vegetable delight, and 2 egg rolls, sometimes a soda. I think it comes out to about $11 or $13, and they pack enough food in to last me 2 days. The veggie delight isn’t anything to write home about only because it tastes like real home cooking I can imagine my dad (who’s Chinese) making. The folks behind the counter are really sweet too. I’ve been in love with Little Chef Chinese food FOREVER !! My mom and I would always come here since I was little. They have such flavorful food for a great price and they give you amazing size portions!! Lots of different options, always freshly made. The quality is way above other Chinese food restaurants in San Jose. Ca. This place is a gem in my hometown and I will always be coming back. 10/10
