Depends on whose working and how busy they been. But typically decent staff and quality food. Occasionally you get someone who only half listens to your order and makes you pizza specifically how you didn’t want it.

Overall the staff is nice and the food is good, but when the staff forgets what is included with order with the sticker right in front of them, it’s a little pathetic. Did not receive all my order or a refund. Because of the current economy I’m reaching a point of businesses only having one chance to show whether they are good or bad, so unless management wants to comp an order, not sure I’ll try Little Ceasars again, nor give recommend. Just one person’s opinion though.

Don’t order delivery. They contract with DoorDash and the driver dropped our $80 order off at the wrong house. Neither our local Little Caesar’s, DoorDash, nor Little Caesar customer service accepted responsibility and issued a refund. In fact, all were quite unhelpful and sometimes rude in their communications. In between family, work, and community gatherings I was giving our local Little Caesar’s at least 1k of business yearly. I’ve now switched to a different pizzeria and am recommending everyone I know to avoid this company that holds loyal customers in such low regards.
