Pizza was good. Much better then other chains. I love that pizza is never touched after baking. Taste is great because it’s not salty like others and has very little tomato sauce (just like in Italy). Very cheesy

I get the detroit style deep dish pizza and the Italian bread everytime. I’ve had it over 20 times, everytime it’s been hot and delicious. Ever since our first encounter a few months back, it’s been great every single time. Service has been good and fast. I’m only ordering from Little Caesers from now on.I pick Little Caesers over any other pizza on the island!

The portal pick up was an amazing feature i loved that my email or the website said your order will be ready at 908pm we showed up to the store at 900pm exactly waiting in the car until 908pm went in and got our pizzas and cheese bread one of the pizza was so doughy and badly under cooked. The other pizza and cheesey bread was so hard old and shriveled up it was ridiculous it was as if the pizza was 3 or 4 hours old so i called in and talked with a David Prescott who was very rude and needs more training in customer service he wanted to know if the pizza had had a bite eaten out of it yet otherwise he couldnt replace it … we live out of town and i packed up 4 children at 9pm to go get pizza then came home and called to be told they couldnt do anything because of a bite of the pizza being gone no offer of a refund or just to simply replace the pizza at another time furthermore david went on to say that i was the cause of the problem because i left tje pizza in the portal pick up for too long which made it the way it was which was impossible as i described the timeline above…. it was very disappointing as we were hosting a sleep over and our guests were grossed out by the pizza and ultimately we ordered because little caesars is everyones favorite to be completely let down and $22 to be spent on pizza and cheese bread that was inedible .

24 jan 2023, Little Caesars Oak Harbor, Wa. Placed order and waited, after 25 minutes or so I approached asking about my (cheese only) and the staff stated they ran out of cheese for the pizzas. At this point I asked for a refund, nobody working in the store “knew” how to refund a debit charge, so I asked for a manager and none are available. Hopefully they will do the right thing and refund it.

The last two times I have ordered from this location has been a complete nightmare. I used the online ordering and pizza portal pickup and always order several hours in advance. Both times we have arrived to pick up at the time we chose for pickup ( never getting any communication from the store, and the convenient pizza tracker they send you in your email is useless because they don’t use it.) and have had to sit for 30 minutes because they had not even started our order yet. My husband is STILL sitting there as we speak with nothing. I get that they are busy, but we didn’t order last minute. Definitely thinking twice before we go there again.

Yesterday 6/4/22 I ordered 2 large pizzas, a supreme and a 5 meat. From now on I will be checking the pizzas before I leave the store. I got home and realized that the Caesar jiped me, instead of the 5 meat pizza I ordered all I got was a plain sausage pizza.

I just order basic pizzas so the hot and ready menu is perfect for me. The wait was fast, the pizzas were accurate and the service was good. There’s a spot for online orders to pick up in a heated compartment and if so had more forethought I would use that for even faster service. It’s a little book in the wall between Haggins and 123 Thai but it has good deals and fast pizza service. Will be back.

I normally love Little Caesars but I the other day I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza and it was not good at all. I will stick to my normal pepperoni pizza and crazy bread which has always been delicious!

If I could give it 0 I would cook was not wearing hair net and had a casual hat on the pizza was not fresh and they re sold the pizza I just returned!!!! Gross oh yes and the guy taking my order was very unProfessional!!
